Tiny spots on the fifty and twenty cent coins, no upper lid or certificate

.This set is in above average condition for the period and getting harder to obtain but there are some tiny spots on the 20 cent reverse and the fifty cent obverse. Also please note the the outer lower foam is complete and in excellent condition but the upper foam lid is missing along with the certificate from the mint.
